Ceramic Erosion Checks
In House Rauch unglazed ceramic tiles were used as erosion checks. To increase the contrast between the rammed earth and the erosion checks I made glazed ceramic tiles in different colors. They were made in half scale since I was not allowed to burn thicker tiles in this oven.
