Rural Microarcologies
– a vision of resilient future architecture
A proposal for re-purposing wind turbine pylons into microarcologies* as a strategy for ruralisation
*Microarcology = micro + architecture + ecology = a building that contains multiple functionalities, and facilitates a symbiotic relationship between 50-100 inhabitants and the surrounding ecology through the use of different technical systems.
The project takes the form of a comicbook, depicting the microarcology structure and its inhabitants.
