Pedestrian Walkways
Areas near the coastline work as buffer zones for rising sea levels and occasional flooding. Floating pedestrian bridges connect different areas and make them accessible during periods of flood and high water stands. The parks are designed to collect water coming from the streets above and for creating a barrier which withholds water from the fiord below.
