Representing one house unit, the main model is assembled as the house during construction with the two modules placed side by side on top of the concrete ground floor.
The entrance floor holds the domestic spaces, with a private garden as the main attraction. The two floors are connected by a sculptural spiral staircase; a feature seen in other Sirén projects. The stair is a contrasting statement piece, in a space otherwise angular and strict.
