In the main model, the brick walls are made of six millimetre plywood. These are in-graved with the brick pattern of the Kingohusene. For the open, light window part of the model, two millimetre plywood are used. To mimic the original houses dark window frames, dark brown stain is used on the plywood. The inner walls and flooring are represented by white cardboard. The courtyard and surrounding land, on the other hand, are made out of grey cardboard, for a more rustic, natural feeling.
